Bgirl Emilka Biography, Life Story, Breaking Journey, and Facts:

Bgirl Emilka hails from Warszawa, Poland and started her breaking journey in 2004 where she used to dance on cardboard boxes in the housing estate or on the market square. When she started breaking, she also got excited about graffiti.

She used to think that her body was indestructible and used to enter the room without any special warm-up, throwing herself into the music, and dancing. She had no respect for her spine or other parts of her body and due to that, she had several injuries.

Currently, she goes to the gym and starts with a 20-minute warm-up. She also practises yoga every day, usually in the morning, shortly after waking up and drinks warm water with lemon and honey on an empty stomach. She also tries to go to the swimming pool and sauna once a week—to improve her fitness but also for her pleasure. She also takes care of her diet and mind and meditation and yoga allow her to calm down after a hard and stressful day, especially after work.
