Bboy Virus is a founder and Leader of the infamous T.I.P Crew based in South Korea. His stage name “Virus” is derived from his birth name ‘Kyun’ which translates to ‘Virus’, so his stage name implies that he is infected with dancing like a virus where no vaccine can work. He has done taekwondo before breaking and his special move involves a cane.
He has judged numerous renowned breaking competitions, including BOTY Korea, UK Bboy Champs Korea, and BBIC Korea. He participated as a judge in Breaking K, a competition designed to select the breaking national team for the 2022 Asian Games and the Paris Olympics. He is currently a professor of practical dance arts at the Seoul Hoseo Art Practical College.
As the choreography director for Korea’s first Hollywood film, “The Legend of Dancing Ninja,” he has significantly influenced the dance scene. He has also choreographed and trained numerous actors and Kpop musicians, including BIGBANG, 2PM, GOT7, f(x) Luna, and KARD etc.
