Bgirl Talash was born in Afghanistan where she started dancing and joined a group of 56 street breakers as the only Bgirl. Due to the rise of the Taliban regime in Afghanistan, where she received death threats because of her choice of sport and being the only girl doing so which was considered unIslamic, she fled to Pakistan where she lived for a year and afterwards came to Madrid, Spain as a refugee in 2024.
Now, she has been invited by the International Olympic Committee to join the Olympic Games as the Executive Board of OIC selected the Refugee Olympic Team for the Paris Olympics 2024. She will have to fight for the 16th spot from the list of ‘Top 16’ Bgirls. She will be battling the 16th-ranked Bgirl in a Pre-Qualifier battle of 3 rounds.
