R-One hails from Cholet, Maine-et-Loire, France. His breaking journey kicked off in 2012 when he connected with the French group Hotmilk Breakers. Quickly immersing himself in the competitive scene, he participated in various competitions and jams, both with his crew and as a solo battler.
The start of his breaking career came in December 2021 when he earned a spot in the French Breaking Team for the Paris Olympics 2024, marking a significant achievement in his journey. Apart from breaking, he has been drawn to the world of contemporary dance since 2017. His passion for dance extends beyond breaking, leading him to join various dance companies, including the Poisson-Buffle company of Francios Lamargot and the Kilai company of Sandrine Lescourant.
In March 2023, Bboy R-One showcased his skills in a different arena, performing a demonstration during the opening ceremony of the “Junior World Synchronized Figure Skating Championships” held in Angers. Moreover, In the 2024 Paris Olympics Qualifications List, he holds the 261st place with 100 breaking points.
