Bgirl India Biography, Life Story, Breaking Journey, and Facts:

Bgirl India was born in The Hague, Netherlands. Her father is Indian-Surinamese and her mother is half-Dutch and half-Indian who is also a dancer and loves bachata (Source: Redbull). She used to play football and did breaking as well at the age 7. She was discovered by her current coach Ton Steenvoorden when she was practicing and since then, she solely focused herself onto breaking and left football even though she was a defender in football. She also took part in street dance and hip-hop classes which did not enthuse her.

Bgirl India trains at the Haags Hip Hop Centrum or at the dance school of B-Boy Menno for 3-4 times a week. She is currently in final year of high school and doing the TopSport Talent programme from Segbroek College in Den Haag and is really interested in furthering her education in Psychology. She is heavily influenced by B-Boy Menno and B-Girl Vanessa. She has a signature style of breaking with powerful, dynamic, and creative style with all-round flows. She has a habit of dancing all day even when she is waiting for a tram, she would sway while listening to the music. She also lives near B-Girl Pauline and often hangs out with her. She really becomes enthused when the crowd is super hyped and doesn’t shy away. She is currently preparing to make an appearance at the Paris Olympics 2024 and is ranked at 5th with 2080 points on the Olympic qualifier list.
