Kastet was born in Krasnodar, Russia. She grew up doing dancing, painting, and singing and started B-Girling at the age of 12 in the year 2010. She gave up Latin dance and Judo to learn breaking (Source: redbull). She is inspired by the B-Girl Nadia and was trained by B-Boy Marvel and B-Boy Jerry Metal who is also her husband. She is known for her funky style and is a believer in artistic expression. Her B-Girl name ‘Kastet’ means ‘Brass Knuckles’ in english. She was the first ever Russian to win the Red Bull BC One World Final.

Bgirl Kastet graduated with a diploma of art and has keen interest in drumming and singing. She does a breathing technique to come up with her power because she tends to stop her breathing when she dances. She is inspired by B-Boy Kmel, B-Boy Rockadile, B-Boy Machine, and B-Boy Remind and spent two weeks in Moscow to train with B-Boy Robin. She listened to Jay Rock’s ‘Win’ before her battle in the Red Bull BC One World Final and has a ritual of listening to music before her battles. She is a Christian by religion.
