Bboy Chau-Lin Biography, Life Story, Breaking Journey, and Facts:

Chau-Lin represents Karlsruhe, Germany. His breaking journey began at the age of nine in 2002 when he stumbled upon some bboys and bgirls showcasing handstands and six steps. Growing up in Rastatt, Baden, the son of Vietnamese immigrants had to keep his newfound passion a secret from his parents. To conceal his hobby, he would always carry a soccer ball, providing the perfect cover when, in reality, he was practicing breaking moves. 

In the early days, his mother was concerned, not understanding the hip-hop culture. However, he stood firm, expressing his love for breaking, and eventually, his parents became not only supportive but proud, watching all of their son’s battles. He has not only honed his dance skills but also prioritized fitness and health. Training twice a day, his routine includes dance, fitness, and cardio exercises. 

While professionally trained as a physiotherapist, Bboy Chau Lin has embraced a full-time career as a breaker, turning his hobby into a livelihood. He completed his dance training at the Combo HipHop Cultural Center on Hardstrasse and Neustrasse. Currently ranking 242nd with 135 breaking points in the Paris Olympics Qualifications List.
