Bboy Lil G was born and grew up in Caracas, Venezuela. He started breaking at the age of 11 in 2001 and was inspired by B-Boy Shadow from Venezuela and B-Boy Knnon. His family got kicked off their home due to financial issues when he was 13 so he did several jobs to support his family while continuing breaking at the age of 16. Lil G had a childhood friend Carlos who was a B-Boy way before him that had a big impact on him. However, his family did not approve of him being a breaker and suffered social rejection because of B-Boying. He was also a skater before getting into Breaking. He was playing basketball before breaking and was very much interested in getting a degree in languages.
He started with the Headspin, Windmill, and Thomas moves. Lil G was underage to travel therefore, Speedy Angels crew became his guardians and also gave him the nickname “Lil G’. He was also called Mini Chino because of his hooded eyes resembling Chinese people. Lil G organizes events with his wife and also helped in organizing Red Bull BC One Cypher Venezuela.
Bboy Lil G along with Super Cr3w appeared on Lopez Tonight Show called ‘So You Think You Can Dance’. He competed in 5 Red Bull BC One World Finals and believes that the CYON Korea in 2009, IBE Battle in 2010, and Red Bull BC One World Final in 2011 have marked his career. Lil G believes if you stay consistent then you can rise from the streets to the top. He has a baby brother who is also a B-Boy. He regularly creates reel highlights and prefers Asia as his favorite battle place.
