Bboy Ginni Biography, Life Story, Breaking Journey, and Facts:

Bboy Ginni hails from Haryana but now living in Delhi, India. He started his journey into breaking at the beginning of 2017, initially captivated by the athletic flips he saw at the park next to his house. At the time, he wasn’t familiar with breaking as a dance form but was intrigued by tricking. His interest in breaking was sparked when a friend, Shivam, introduced him to the dance and encouraged him to start practising. Although he hadn’t considered competing initially, he quickly grew to love the moves.

During the lockdown in 2020, he decided to pursue breaking full-time. He dedicated himself to practising for nearly eight hours a day, either at home or at the park. As restrictions were lifted in 2021, his efforts began to pay off as he started winning at well-known jams and competitions. His breakthrough came when he made it to the top 16 at the Red Bull BC One Cypher India in 2022.

He chose to use “Ginni,” a nickname given by his family since childhood, as his breaker name. He trains rigorously, practising twice daily for four hours, mostly solo at the park or in the studio, although he meets up with his crewmates once or twice a week. His training regimen also includes push-ups and stretches to maintain muscle condition.

He admires the Skill Brats, Renegades crew, comprising of B-Boys Luigi, Kid David, and Casper for their authenticity and unique styles, he draws inspiration from their approach to dance. Locally, he looks up to Bboy Flying Machine, who has gained international recognition and serves as a significant inspiration for aspiring breakers in India.
