Bboy Samuka hails from Brazil and once dreamed of becoming a soccer player. At 13, he was diagnosed with cancer in his leg, which led to its amputation. Feeling lost, he came across Tommy Guns from Ill-Abilities, who inspired him to start Breaking with one leg.
For Samuka, Breaking is therapy, and his motto is:
“I’m here to show the world that the impossible is an opportunity to explore.”
He also loves Breaking because everyone is treated equally. Whether you have one arm or one leg, everyone battles to win, and this sense of equality gives him strength and power.
