Bboy Xak Biography, Life Story, Breaking Journey, and Facts:

He was born in Lucena, Spain andcurrently lives in Madrid, Spain. He was introduced to breaking at the age of 14 and discovered breaking by his high school friend. Bboy Xak was very insecure and complex and breaking helped him in gaining confidence. He is a lawyer and worked in his family’s firm (Source: talentoabardo.com). He claims to have Xak and Juan as different parts of himself. Juan is an introvert and a calm person whereas Xak is an extrovert and a fighter which creates a balance for him. He considers that breaking is based on two parts i.e sport and art. He describes his style as ‘sharp flow’ and got his breaking name from the old internet nicknames. He claims to be curious, noiseless, and agile like a cat. He also has a mentoring program for young breakers (Source: redbull)

Bboy Xak claims that no one in his family encouraged him to pursue breaking. He left his hometown and broke up with his family and girlfriend to pursue breaking in Madrid with only €1,500. He did street shows, dancing in night clubs, and different gigs to earn money in Madrid. Xak is inspired by B-Boy Extremo, B-Boy Katsu One, and B-Boy RoxRite. He likes science fiction and superheroes and thinks that breakers are superheroes in some way. He writes down his feelings when he is happy to reread it on his competition days to stabilize himself. He is training to compete in the Olympic Games 2024 and currently ranked 9th on the World Olympic qualifier list with 1650 points.

Training & Practicing:

Bboy Xak spends three hours a day on the technical side of the training for six days a week. He spends two days on strength and maintenance and two days on resistance. He doesn’t do weight lifting. He trains at the High Performance Center for more than 3 hours. After that he goes for gyming followed by technical-tactical-strategic session with his trainor B-Boy Extremo. He occasionally does strong sessions in the morning and soft sessions in the afternoon.
