Bgirl Paulina, hailing from Wroclaw, Poland. She used to play soccer in school. Her family was not financially strong so she worked many jobs since the age of 13. Her mother became an addict and her father became an alcoholic due to which her grandmother became her foster mother (Redbull). However, her father later on became better due to her help. She is currently working as a flight attendant as well.

Bgirl Paulina was introduced to the world of breaking when she came across the music video for the song “Freestyler” by Boomfunk MCs. The year 2003 brought another pivotal moment for her when she watched the Battle of the Year event in Poland on television. It was then that she made up her mind to pursue a career in dance. In 2004, B-Girl Paulina embarked on her journey by learning the fundamental techniques of breaking. It didn’t take long for her to encounter fellow breakers who practiced at the local Culture Centre, a place she continues to frequent in order to refine her moves and skills.

During her early years, Paulina had the opportunity to train alongside B-Boy Poe One, who not only introduced her to new moves but also played a vital role in shaping her unique style. As a result, Bgirl Paulina became recognized for her exceptional footwork, seamless transitions, captivating freezes, and remarkable freestyle ability, which grants her the freedom to express herself fully as a dancer.

Previously, Bgirl Paulina primarily focused on teaching, allocating her mornings for personal practice and evenings for teaching sessions. However, with the transition to a flying schedule, her routine now varies each month. Approximately two weeks prior to the start of the upcoming month, she receive her schedule and meticulously plan each day accordingly. She determine which days allow her enough time to practice without restrictions, which necessitate early wake-ups to fit in practice or only leave time for a workout.

Bgirl Paulina also identify days when practice isn’t feasible due to full-day flights, designating her as rest days. This structured approach proves beneficial as Paulina tends to struggle with taking breaks and resting during her free time. Bgirl Paulina is currently preparing to participate in the Paris Olympics 2024. Paulina is currently ranked at 33rd spot with 840 points.
