Bboy Shoya Biography, Life Story, Breaking Journey, and Facts:

Shoya is a rising talent from Ishikawa, Japan and started breaking at a remarkably young age of 6. He was a member of an active team that achieved various successes in dance performances, laying the foundation for his future in breaking. However, a significant turning point in his dance life occurred when he discovered Mortal Combat. 

Every week, he traveled from Ishikawa Prefecture to Osaka to attend classes, showcasing his determination to learn and improve. His dedication paid off, and he quickly became proficient in a technique known as “power move,” characterized by large rotations of the entire body.

In 2012, he achieved another milestone by clearing the first round of auditions for “Mortal Kombat Next Generation,” a project designed to train the next generation of dancers. His increasing skills and participation in various activities solidified his presence in the Kansai region, quickly making his name synonymous with talent and skill in the dance world. As of the 2024 Paris Olympics Qualifications List, Bboy Shoya holds the 165th rank with 200 breaking points.
