Bboy OUKI Biography, Life Story, Breaking Journey, and Facts:

Bboy OUKI, aka Ouki Higashikawa, a young breaker from Aichi, Japan, started breaking when he was about two years old. His parents, impressed by his high-speed steps, enrolled him in dance lessons.

He began his journey into hip-hop during the summer of his third year in elementary school at DANCE STUDIO STARGATE. Within five years of starting his breaking journey, he has already reached the level where he competes in world championships.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he participated in online battles and even tried choreographing his own moves for contests. When his local studio closed down due to COVID-19, he took video lessons from Bboys in other places and joined small group sessions to learn from house dance students. Currently, he’s working hard to improve his standing dance as a boy and enhance the quality of his footwork.

In 2020, despite the challenges, he embraced new opportunities to develop his skills and knowledge.
Looking ahead, he has big dreams as he aspires to participate in the 2024 Paris Olympic Qualifiers list, where he currently holds the 530 ranking with 25 breaking points.
