Bboy Vero was born in Seoul, South Korea, and is currently based in Bucheon, South Korea. Known by the nickname “Vero,” which translates to “Monster,” he is also referred to as “Vero: The Ninja.” His journey into breaking began unexpectedly when he visited a youth training center with a friend and discovered the art form. Intrigued by the world of breaking, Vero delved into it at the age of 13 after reading a comic book titled “The Hip Hop.”

Prior to his dance pursuits, Vero worked as an animation maker. In breaking, he gravitates towards power moves, particularly those that exude a sense of centrifugal force. When it comes to B-Boy music, Vero finds inspiration in tracks like Gold Rush and Organ Donor, which enhance his performances. Within the breaking community, he holds the esteemed title of assault captain within the Jinjo crew, due to his leadership and skill.

Bboy Vero also practiced taekwondo, showcasing his discipline and dedication from an early age. However, his dance journey has not been without its challenges, as he has sustained multiple injuries around his wrists, thighs, and spine. He spends nine hours a day honing his craft through practice.

Bboy Vero holds deep respect for B-Boy Skim, recognizing his contributions and influence in the breaking scene. When it comes to personal care, he uses cucumber soap and blue chip soap. Outside of breaking, Vero enjoys indulging in hobbies such as playing PSP games or engaging in artistic endeavors like scribbling. When it comes to shopping, Vero often frequents Dongdaemun in Seoul, a popular destination known for its fashion and merchandise. His skills on the dance floor have garnered attention and acclaim, with his notable moves including the hat trick, ufo, turtle, and side chair spin, captivating audiences with his versatility and creativity.
