Bboy X-Rain was born in Jinzhou, Liaoning, China. X-Rain had a troubled childhood and was often considered to be a bad student who frequently got into fights. He was 13 when he stumbled upon a classroom where students were practicing breaking that made him stop in his tracks. It looked super cool at first glance and he thought about learning it. After that he practiced hard and fast to reach where he is now.
Bboy X-Rain is currently a part of the Chinese delegation to the sport event. He posted a video of his performance in 2018 from Team China for the audition and made it into the top 8 B-Boy list of WSDF (World DanceSport Federation) and BfG (Breaking for Gold) World Series in Montpellier, France which has been a major breakthrough for him.
He currently has his eyes set on the Olympic Games 2024 which is going to be held in Paris. Bboy X-Rain is currently ranked 23rd on the list of Qualifiers for the Olympics 2024 with 960 points.
