Bboy Shigekix Biography, Life Story, Breaking Journey, and Facts:

Bboy Shigekix was born in Osaka, Japan and is the youngest breaker to be invited to the Red Bull BC One All Star in Amsterdam, Holland. He started breaking at the age of 7 after getting inspired by his sister B-Girl Ayane who is 4 years older than him. Shigekix used to do trampolining and was a freestyle dancer before becoming a B-Boy. He used to be at the top of his class in school. He used to do his homework on the plane to balance his high school with breaking. Bboy Shigekix used to sleep for 4 hours to manage his school and breaking even though he hates to wake up early. He had a girlfriend in high school. He has been doing artwork since kindergarten and hopes to open up exhibitions for his art collection.

He won first place in all rounds of qualification for the Buenos Aires 2010 Summer Youth Olympic Games at the age of 16. He was one of the three members to win a Bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Buenos Aires. Bboy Shigekix was given his stage name by his mentor after a sour sweet in Japan and is famously known as world class B-Boy and on beat performance of solid freezes. Shigekix believes that the Chelles Battle Pro held in France and Red Bull BC One have left a deep impression on him and he feels most regretful for his performance in ‘DANCE ALIVE HERO’S KID FINAL’ because he lost at the end. He had the most enjoyable performance in the Red Bull BC One All Star battle.

Bboy Shigekix has a signature style of closing his eyes while doing explosive power moves. He likes to draw, do 3D, loves to cook and eat, take photos and likes to travel to Italy and Mexico when he’s on a break. He is also a tourism ambassador for Osaka. He has admired Lil Demon and was inspired by Benji from France and Physicx from Korea, however, he finds Bboy Issei as the most amazing. Shigekix has contracts with Xperia, G-Shock, and Red Bull and is currently under contract with a management company IAM corporation that belongs to one of his friends. BBoy Shigekix is all set to take part in the 2024 Olympics with 2800 points and 2nd on ranking in the Olympic Qualifier list.

Bboy Shigekix Diet:

– His breakfast includes scrambled eggs in a croissant, fruits with yogurt, and a smoothie of orange, celery, spinach, and parsley.
– For lunch, he takes salty chicken with avocado sauce and brown rice and spinach soup.
– For dinner, he takes brown rice with grilled salmon, Japanese pickles with boiled eggs and seaweed soup. He also takes some grapefruit slices.

Training:

He does strength training 3-4 times a week in a gym and focuses on fitness and breaking practice. He does strength training in the gym 3-4 times a week while trying to build stamina and does crossfit training for that. He tries to focus on technical practice for a week or two before the competition.
