Born in Kyoto in 1998, Bboy Toa’s journey into breaking commenced at the age of 13, guided by B-Boy Katsu. By 18, Bboy Toa became a member of Body Carnival and set his sights on global recognition from his hometown in Kyoto.
In recent times, he has made significant strides both within Japan and internationally. He clinched the second position at the All Japan Breaking Championships and secured a spot in the top 16 at the WDSF World Breaking Championships.
Notably, he earned the distinction of being chosen as an official athlete for the Japanese Olympic team. In 2021, he emerged victorious at the “Battle Pro World Finals,” representing Japan and attaining the pinnacle in the team competition category. Bboy Toa is unwavering in his pursuit of his aspirations.
Bboy Toa’s endeavors extend beyond the breaking scene, encompassing media appearances, roles as a corporate commercial model, and performances as a dancer at USJ. His diverse activities reflect a boundary-defying approach, engaging in various genres with unyielding enthusiasm. He has been preparing to appear in the Paris Olympics 2024 and currently ranks at 69th spot with 498 points.
