Bboy Drud hails from Lviv, Ukraine and his journey into hip-hop and breaking began in 2004 during his 10th-grade year. Initially introduced to hip-hop through rap music, his interest took a turn when a friend showcased a popping combo and a six-step in the hallway.

In those early days, learning resources were limited, and they relied on videos from groups like Flying Steps and clips from Battle of the Year (BOTY). Despite the challenges and the relatively low visibility of breaking in their country, he and his companions were pioneers, learning from scratch and inspiring each other by watching battle videos and Bboys’ promos in a circle during practice.

Apart from breaking, he is also a rap artist and expresses a preference for solo battles, finding them more challenging and dependent on individual skills. Beyond his artistic pursuits, he has an unexpected hobby: stamp collecting. In 2019, he took on the role of the central character in the film “CKBOT32,” directed by Oleksandr Lidagovsky. Moreover, in the 2024 Paris Olympics Qualifications List, he hold the 261st place with 100 breaking points.
