Bboy Frankie is also a filmmaker and photographer from New York, USA. At around the age of 13, Bboy Frankie found himself standing in front of their grandmother’s residence. A fellow neighbor approached, and in the company of his cousins, who were living with them during that period, he was introduced to a dance move.

This dance practice commenced on the inclined pavement of their block situated in Queens. Out of the group, B-Boy Frankie was the sole enthusiast who persevered with the activity. As time progressed, a series of events unfolded, culminating in his current achievement of accomplishing significant feats within his dancing journey.

Bboy Frankie delved into the world of video production and trailer creation, capturing moments of himself and his companions using a DSLR camera. This initial step paved the way for experimenting with the camera’s still image capabilities. He embarked on a self-guided learning journey, honing his skills in the realm of street photography, acquiring foundational knowledge.

As his journey unfolded, his interests expanded. He ventured into portrait photography, skillfully capturing people’s essence, and gradually integrating fashion elements into his work. Amidst these developments, a concurrent passion for photographing dancers emerged, leading him to consistently document dance performances and practitioners.

Immersed in the breaking scene, Bboy Frankie is profoundly engaged, meticulously capturing the essence of the sport through the mediums of photography and film. A testament to his dedication, he has authored his inaugural book titled “See Me Up? It’s Cause I Been Down,” centered around this very subject. He has been preparing to appear in the Paris Olympics 2024 and currently ranks at 62 spot with 510 points.
