Bboy Luigi was born in Germany but brought up in Italy till the age of 7 and then moved to Florida, however, he currently lives in Los Angeles, USA. He is a Puerto Rican army brat, therefore traveled all across Europe until the age of 7. As a kid he was inspired with Ninja Turtles, Spiderman and other cartoons and would flip off cars and do the backyard stunts. Bboy Luigi was introduced to breaking when he went to church one day and saw some boys performing. Later on he found out about the dancers at his school and discovered the breaking community. His early inspiration in breaking scene were Skill Methodz, Flipside Kings, B-Boy Ken Swift, B-Boy Crazy Legs, and B-Boy Float.
Luis Rosado joined the famous Rock Steady Crew (RSC) in 2004 and started working out with Crazy Legs. By 2005, Rosado’s reputation as a b-boy had been cemented through international competition. Bboy Luigi had attained prominence in the dance world on a global scale in just a few short years. Rosado relocated to California in order to pursue a career as a professional dancer in 2006. Rosado soon joined the cast of the renowned stage production “The Groovaloos,” where he was put to the test in terms of his ability to learn new dance moves as well as to act. Rosado soon appeared in advertisements for McDonald’s, Chevy, and T-Mobile.
Bboy Luigi most recently supported Justin Bieber on his third global tour, the “Purpose tour,” which ran from March 9, 2016 to July 2, 2017 and was in support of Bieber’s fourth studio album, “Purpose”, which is the best experience he had in his life (Schonmagazine). Also, in the television show The LXD: The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers, he played the part of Trevor Drift. Moreover, he likes to watch movies and go surfing, camping, and acting in his free time.
