The R is a professional Bboy who hails from Stockholm, Sweden. He began his breaking journey in 2000 when breaking was extremely popular among the youth in his hometown, so he was deeply attracted to breaking videos. Soon, he began to hang out in the park and learn to dance with his friends as there were not many dance studios in Sweden.

After four years of self-study with his peers in a park, he began to take formal breaking classes without having many resources, so he often had to travel far and wide to study on his own. At the start of his career in Sweden, he even lacked a crew for assistance with breaking and the only thing he knew was to keep practising and train hard.

He also won the most strategic battle by breaking the Red Bull BC One Cypher in Sweden in 2015. He is also part of the Paris Olympic Qualifiers 2024, with a 207th ranking and 175 breaking points.
