Bboy TawfiQ, originally from Harderwijk, Netherlands, began his breaking journey at the age of 15. Drawn to the dance’s dynamism and musicality, he was eager to immerse himself fully in the world of breaking. The first ever move he saw was headspin and he just wanted to learn all those crazy powermoves.
He found inspiration in the B-Boys Physicx and Ryoma, which shaped his unique breaking style centered around power moves and blow-ups. Always striving to push his boundaries and create thrilling rounds, this Dutch dancer enjoys surprising audiences with unexpected moves.
As a valued member of the Ruggeds Crew, Bboy TawfiQ has had the opportunity to travel the globe, participating in prestigious competitions and performing in shows alongside his crew. Their talent has even graced television screens in the Netherlands. He usually trains with his fellow crew members B-Boy Lorenzo, B-Boy Rico and B-Boy Chris.
Beyond breaking, Bboy TawfiQ has diverse interests such as MMX, boxing, and drawing. Nevertheless, he remains dedicated to honing his skills and nurturing the ultimate ambition of becoming the Red Bull BC One world champion someday. He is currently preparing to perform at the Paris Olympics 2024 and currently ranks at 40th with 750 points.
